The UCSD Department of Pediatrics Connecting Conversations program offers peer-to-peer support for UC San Diego/Rady Children's Pediatrics faculty and academic staff who may be experiencing stress or personal or professional challenges. Trained Peer Supporters provide informal, off-the-record conversations designed to offer a sympathetic ear, guidance and connections to local resources when appropriate.
