Director's Welcome
Our mission at the UC San Diego/Rady Childrens Pediatric Residency Program is to train the pediatric leaders of tomorrow - leaders in clinical care, advocacy, research, quality improvement, and education. We achieve that goal by attracting a diverse group of residents and providing them a variety of experiences, many of which are tailored to their specific interests and passions, that are unique to our location on the busiest international border in the world. We pride ourselves on doing this in a supportive environment, responsive to a resident's individual needs and goals. After completing this residency you will be well prepared for any career in Pediatrics!
