Dr. Henry C. Lee is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at UC San Diego, Clinical Director of UCSD Neonatology, and Medical Director of the UCSD Jacobs Medical Center NICU. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and MS in Epidemiology from Stanford University. He completed both his residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatology at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer for the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC), where he was involved in various quality improvement projects across California NICUs.

Nana Matoba, MD MPH is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at UC San Diego. Dr. Matoba received her MD from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and MPH from University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health. Following the completion of her neonatology fellowship, Dr. Matoba joined the faculty at Northwestern University and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In January 2023, Dr. Matoba located to San Diego to join the division of neonatology at UCSD and Rady’s Children’s Hospital San Diego.
