​UCSD Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine pediatricians are certified in both General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.  Our mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based care to adolescents and young adults, educate future physicians about unique clinical considerations in adolescent health care, and improve adolescent health through research, collaboration, and advocacy.
