Dr Tovar Padua has great interest in infections in the immunocompromised host and Transplant Infectious Diseases. She collaborates with the Bone Marrow Transplant, Heart and Kidney transplant teams to focus in donor- and recipient-derived infections, and strategies for safe-live after transplant.
